ABOUT

Founded in 1987 by Earl Flood

Earl began his janitorial business back in 1987 with cleaning an office building in downtown Fort Smith, AR.  Because he consistently provided honest and dependable services for a fair price, it wasn’t long before his clientele grew.

In 1990, the company began providing services to a large Fort Smith church.  In 1991 a small river valley public school district was added and in 1999, a larger Northwest Arkansas public school district was added.  While expanding over the years with many additional customers, we have also continued to provide daily services to each of the customers described above.  Our current customer base includes schools, churches, offices, medical facilities and banks in Fort Smith, Van Buren, Alma, Branch, Fayetteville, Prairie Grove and Poteau, OK.

Our company is committed to providing excellent service to each of our customers and the most important way we accomplish that is through the employees we hire.  We have a team of more than 40 employees, including several who have been employed with us more than 20 years.  We also carefully screen all new hires including a criminal background check and participation in the Federal E-verify program to ensure all newly hired employees are legally authorized to work in the United States.
